  • Execute technical deployments and custom platform configurations.
  • Triage escalated support tickets and coordinate with product team.
  • Design and document platform best practices for standardization.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for customer proficiency.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10 years in customer-facing software role.
  • 3 years specifically in software implementation.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, Batch, or PowerShell.
  • Experience programmatically interfacing with APIs.

  • Technical proficiency in internet protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, SSH, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with data structures like JSON, CSV, SQL/NoSQL.
