You'll support the employee lifecycle and optimize HR processes as part of the Braze People team. Your work will ensure accuracy and compliance across EMEA, serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries. This role offers exposure to all People functions in a fast-paced, scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain understanding of HR policies and EMEA employment laws
• Execute key processes in Workday for onboarding and employee changes
• Serve as first point of contact for global employee inquiries via ticketing system
• Support ad-hoc projects like background checks and compliance reviews

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in HR
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
