💼 About This Role

You'll support the onboarding, validation, and data integrity of a $70+ billion investment portfolio, partnering with external managers and internal teams. You'll investigate data discrepancies and maintain high-quality fixed income investment data throughout the trade lifecycle. This role offers a remote-friendly environment with a focus on process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end investment onboarding for fixed income securities
• Perform reconciliations between external managers, custodians, and accounting system
• Investigate and resolve data breaks and discrepancies
• Assist with quarterly valuation support for private fixed income securities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• 3–7 years of experience in middle office or investment operations
• Strong understanding of fixed income instruments and accounting systems
• Hands-on experience with investment onboarding and reconciliation processes

• Experience with Clearwater Analytics or similar investment accounting platforms
• Experience with data analysis tools or business intelligence platforms
