Description

In this role, you'll define and operationalize agentic AI use cases to improve customer outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally to evaluate agent performance, prototype new features, and refine AI behaviors, translating ambiguity into clear execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product, analytics, or technical customer-facing roles in SaaS/enterprise software
• Practical experience with agentic AI systems in production/near-production environments
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, or AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
• Ability to work independently on medium-scope initiatives and balance tradeoffs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive customer discovery and use case validation by engaging with GTM and Customer Success teams
• Analyze product usage and behavioral signals to surface automation opportunities
• Design, evaluate, and iterate on agentic AI behaviors including planning and tool invocation
• Prototype and scope new AI agent concepts with Product and Engineering
• Monitor AI agent performance in production and refine prompts and RAG strategies
