🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle traditional labor law matters including arbitrations and NLRB proceedings
• Manage employment litigation cases from inception through trial
• Provide counseling on wage and hour and class action issues
• Draft legal documents and provide strategic advice to clients

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of labor and employment law experience
• Michigan bar admission in good standing
• Substantial experience in traditional labor law or employment litigation
