You'll own the performance side of our influencer program for a screen-free kids' communication device brand. You'll source creators and develop content that runs as paid social ads, with a clean line of sight to revenue. You'll build the engine from scratch, then scale the team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Source creators from customers, inbound interest, and proactive outreach
  • Own end-to-end pipeline: outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, payment
  • Develop content concepts and briefs optimized for paid social performance
  • Hit throughput target of ~20 qualifying pieces of creator content per month

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5+ years running influencer or creator programs at a DTC brand with paid performance tie
  • Negotiation experience with rates, scopes, and usage rights across creator sizes
  • Strong written communication for briefs and outreach
  • Comfortable being measured on volume, quality, and contribution profit

  • Hybrid background in performance creative strategy and influencer marketing
