๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the performance side of our influencer program for a screen-free kids' communication device brand. You'll source creators and develop content that runs as paid social ads, with a clean line of sight to revenue. You'll build the engine from scratch, then scale the team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Source creators from customers, inbound interest, and proactive outreach
- Own end-to-end pipeline: outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, payment
- Develop content concepts and briefs optimized for paid social performance
- Hit throughput target of ~20 qualifying pieces of creator content per month
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5+ years running influencer or creator programs at a DTC brand with paid performance tie
- Negotiation experience with rates, scopes, and usage rights across creator sizes
- Strong written communication for briefs and outreach
- Comfortable being measured on volume, quality, and contribution profit

- Fluency with Sprout Social, Archive, or ShopMy
- Hybrid background in performance creative strategy and influencer marketing
