Description

You will guide small business customers through their first 50-90 days with Qualia's real estate closing platform, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction. As the main point of contact, you'll configure deployments, align on strategic goals, and drive customers to graduation.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in a customer-facing role
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Track record of executing tasks and projects
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM/PM tools preferred
• Ability to solve problems independently and adjust priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of customers during sensitive implementation period
• Configure customer deployments based on company structure
• Collaborate with GMs and CSMs to align on strategic goals
• Demonstrate ROI of transitioning to Qualia
• Serve as main point of contact and drive implementation to graduation
