You'll lead the full post-sale client experience and own client outcomes at Clinical Architecture, a healthcare IT innovator. You'll build and scale a high-performing team while partnering cross-functionally to ensure product adoption and client success. This role offers the chance to shape scalable processes in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end client outcomes across post-sale lifecycle
• Serve as executive escalation point for critical client issues
• Lead, mentor, and scale Client Services team
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure seamless product adoption

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years leading client services or similar teams
• 5+ years managing Directors or large teams
• Experience scaling services in enterprise SaaS or complex B2B environments
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
