🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of software developers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years developing highly scalable production systems.
• 5+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams including remote.
• 1+ years driving AI coding strategies.
• BS or MS in computer science or related field.

• Experience with C#, Postgres, React/Angular.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Docker, Terraform, AWS.
