You'll join Point72's industry-leading Compliance team to support EMEA investment activities. You'll enforce compliance programs and provide real-time regulatory advice. This role offers mentorship and long-term career growth at a top firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enforce compliance monitoring programs including trade monitoring and due diligence
• Provide proactive regulatory advice and real-time support on trading restrictions
• Manage MiFID II obligations including SMCR and transaction reporting
• Deliver compliance training and improve firm policies and procedures

📋 Requirements

• University graduate degree
• 5-7 years' compliance experience in equity trading or hedge fund environment
• Understanding of UK and European regulations and rules
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communications skills
