You'll own and scale global alliances with major GSIs like TechM, Infosys, HCL, and LTIMindtree, driving joint go-to-market strategy and revenue growth through co-selling and partner enablement. You'll build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives and define joint industry solutions leveraging UiPath's automation platform.

  • Own and scale global alliances with TechM, Infosys, HCL, LTIMindtree
  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategy with sell-with and sell-through motions
  • Drive measurable revenue growth through joint pipeline development and co-selling
  • Design and execute enablement programs to grow partner practice capacity

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise software sales, partner management, or alliance management
  • 5+ years direct experience working with or within a Global System Integrator (Infosys, TechM, HCL, LTIMindtree)
  • Proven track record building and scaling GSI partnerships in high-growth SaaS
  • Deep understanding of sell-with and sell-through partner engagement models

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with UiPath's platform or enterprise automation/AI technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and partner ecosystem management tools
  • Track record driving $10M+ partner-influenced or partner-sourced revenue
