🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality UGC-style video ads for multiple platforms
• Contribute to pre-packaging (title and thumbnail concepts)
• Record a-roll, b-roll, and UGC content as needed
• Leverage AI to create concepts and new hooks/b-roll

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience editing short-form video content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere
• Deep understanding of short-form content hooks, storytelling, and pacing
• Proven success editing for growing accounts on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok

• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, or Claude
• Basic understanding of paid advertising KPIs
