You'll represent and grow a roster of creators at Sixteenth, part of Whalar Group. You'll shape their commercial strategy and secure partnerships that drive growth for both creators and brands. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a roster of creators, guiding their commercial strategy.
• Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships to drive revenue.
• Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.
• Support and mentor junior team members and manage a potential Talent Manager.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in talent management or related field (influencer partnerships, digital advertising, PR, creator marketing).
• Strong understanding of creator economy and how creators, platforms, brands, and audiences connect.
• Commercially driven mindset with a track record of generating new business and securing partnerships.
• Ability to balance business instincts with creativity—spotting strategically and culturally sound opportunities.

• Some experience leading or mentoring others.
• Passion for the creator landscape and evolving platforms.
• Experience with negotiation and campaign delivery.
