💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional programs focused on driving growth and profitability for Coupang's Taiwan expansion. You will work with business managers, operations, finance, and external stakeholders to scale existing programs and create roadmaps for new initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze category and brand inputs for selection and growth strategy
• Build program charters, roadmaps, and phased goals for category expansion
• Create scorecards, forecasts, and performance reports
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in program management, supply chain, or consulting
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Data-driven mindset with solid business logic
• Mandarin and English language proficiency
