💼 About This Role

You'll drive manufacturing initiatives for defense technology products in a fast-paced production environment, owning the entire process from DFM through testing and validation. You'll shape scalable processes for drone production and collaborate across R&D, design, and supply chain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products
• Support day-to-day drone production and resolve assembly issues
• Design tools, jigs, and fixtures to streamline assembly
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for drone components

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
• 2+ years of electro-mechanical manufacturing and assembly experience
• Familiarity with final assembly of electro-mechanical assemblies like motors or drone controllers
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with drone/robotics manufacturing
• CAD/CAM skills for tooling and fixture design
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification
