💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and scale enterprise-grade Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. You'll act as a fusion developer and technical lead, bridging low-code with pro-code extensibility. This role offers the chance to shape Copilot strategy for a global leader in data resilience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Agents in Copilot Studio with custom topics and dialog flows
• Integrate Copilots with Microsoft 365 and enterprise data sources
• Architect Power Platform solutions including Power Automate flows and custom connectors
• Define and enforce governance, security standards, and environment strategy

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate
• Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and security models
• Experience with Power Platform governance and compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Backend engineering or platform development
• Kubernetes or Python/.NET development
