You'll own a portfolio of high-stakes accounts, drive pipeline growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to protect critical infrastructure. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead sales of drone detection radar solutions to defense customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
- Develop market plans to retain and attract customers.
- Translate customer needs into realistic solutions and ensure delivery.
- Forecast KPIs, opportunities, and annual targets.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of international sales experience in Defense & Security.
- Arabic and English fluency at business level.
- Based in UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, or Saudi Arabia.

- Military or public safety background.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Knowledge of C-UAS industry.
