You'll lead sales of drone detection radar solutions to defense and government clients in the Middle East. You'll own a portfolio of high-stakes accounts, drive pipeline growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to protect critical infrastructure.   • Lead sales of drone detection radar solutions to defense customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Develop market plans to retain and attract customers.
  • Translate customer needs into realistic solutions and ensure delivery.
  • Forecast KPIs, opportunities, and annual targets.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of international sales experience in Defense & Security.
  • Arabic and English fluency at business level.
  • Based in UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, or Saudi Arabia.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Military or public safety background.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Knowledge of C-UAS industry.
