You will enhance the guest experience across food service outlets and catering locations by upholding exceptional hospitality standards. Collaborating with leadership, you will craft unforgettable moments through flawless service, promptly resolve guest concerns, troubleshoot equipment issues, and communicate effectively at all levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 4+ years of food service experience in customer service role
• Must be able to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Must obtain TX Food Handlers card and TABC certification (internal training provided)
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Execute services and catering/event requests with detailed schedules and timelines
• Support setup, execution, and breakdown of services/events ensuring safety and organization
• Collaborate with team to meet time and quality standards with urgency
• Maintain proper safety guidelines and food safety/sanitation practices
• Engage with guests through strong customer service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
