You'll lead land acquisition strategy for large-scale energy projects at Intersect, a company recently acquired by Google. You'll drive deal execution, manage teams, and ensure land campaigns align with development timelines. This role offers the chance to tackle the largest energy challenges on the planet.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead land deal execution from initial engagement to closing.
- Oversee land campaigns across multiple active projects.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking for land acquisition.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Development, Engineering, and Legal teams.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of land experience in energy infrastructure.
- 5+ years leading land teams on energy projects.
- Proven track record of structuring and closing complex land agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.

- Professional designations such as AAPL, CALEP, IRWA.
- Established professional network within land or energy development.
- Familiarity with land acquisition practices across energy infrastructure.
