As a Sales Supervisor at Reformation, you will lead the sales floor, meet and exceed sales goals, and deliver an excellent customer experience. You'll act as a brand ambassador, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to loss prevention. This role is key to achieving store goals and fostering customer loyalty.
