You'll lead a Data DevOps team building high-scale big data platforms on AWS cloud infrastructure. You'll drive architecture, mentor engineers, and optimize operations for reliability and performance. This role offers hands-on leadership across Kafka, Spark, and Kubernetes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Data DevOps team
• Drive architecture and implementation of cloud and data infrastructure
• Oversee AWS-based infrastructure including VPC, EC2, EMR, EKS
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps or Data DevOps including 4+ years leadership
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure automation
• Deep knowledge of Kafka, Hive HMS, Apache Ranger, Apache Airflow
• Proficiency in Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, ECS, and CI/CD tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to SQL and data query optimization
• Experience with Trino or Looker
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance
