You'll partner with the Head of Data and operations teams to turn data into business value. You'll drive KPI governance and own driver trees in a self-service BI culture. This role focuses on identifying patterns and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive decisions by translating complex questions into analytical approaches.
• Own KPI governance and align teams on metric definitions.
• Integrate new data sources and ensure reliable KPI measurement.
• Communicate findings and drive action with stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in an analytical role such as Data Analytics or BI.
• Solid SQL skills and deep understanding of data models.
• Ability to structure vague questions and communicate clearly.
• Proactive mindset with ability to build frameworks from scratch.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in scale-up or tech environments.
• Domain experience in Operations.
• Familiarity with dbt, Git, or Python.
