🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day system configuration and data integrity.
• Lead or contribute to system enhancement projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and auditing for compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 5 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting HR or Legal systems.
• Familiarity with HR processes (HCM and Compensation).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.

• Experience with Legal systems (e.g., CLM or eSignature).
