You'll lead complex software delivery projects for a mid-size digital agency, owning on-time and on-budget execution while mentoring team members. This portfolio includes Delivery Lead, Senior Delivery Lead, Principal Delivery Lead, and Associate Delivery Director roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own on-time and on-budget delivery for complex projects
• Facilitate scrums, manage risks, and resolve dependencies
• Mentor junior PMO team members and coach Delivery Leads
• Manage roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and client expectations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or project management
• Familiarity with Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Comfortable with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro
