💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team building a next-generation billing platform at Airwallex, a global payments and financial platform. You'll drive end-to-end pricing and billing automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide. This role offers the chance to shape a scalable platform that serves both internal needs and external customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, setting goals and development plans.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze requirements and design solutions.
• Hands-on design, implementation, and delivery of software functions.
• Review code and ensure quality standards across the team.

📋 Requirements

• Experience developing large-scale system control interfaces.
• Proficiency in Java 8, including multi-threading and high concurrency.
• Familiarity with Spring/Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with distributed, high-availability system design.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in international clearing and settlement or foreign exchange.
• Knowledge of Cassandra, Redis, NoSQL, or Hadoop.
• Familiarity with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.
