You'll oversee the maintenance team and facility systems at a trailblazing cannabis company. You'll ensure optimal performance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and packaging equipment while leading preventative maintenance programs and coordinating with cultivation and processing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily maintenance team activities and work orders.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for optimal performance.
• Oversee repair of faulty equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and maintain records.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance programs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Black Seal Certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in cannabis cultivation or processing facility.
• Experience with Greenhouse maintenance.
