💼 About This Role

You'll be a key member of the Learner Success team, providing operational support for safeguarding activities and ensuring compliant management of disclosures and casework. You'll empower delivery teams with tools and training to maintain a safe learning environment. This role offers the chance to shape safeguarding processes at a leading EdTech unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and manage safeguarding concerns, including initial risk assessments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare trend analysis reports to inform process refinements.
• Empower delivery teams with tools and training for safeguarding.

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in safeguarding, Prevent, or related field.
• Emotional resilience to manage high-risk cases effectively.
• Active listening and empathetic communication skills.
• Regulatory knowledge of DfE, KCSIE, or Ofsted frameworks.

• Experience in a coaching or learner-facing role.
• Previous work in an Ofsted-inspected environment.
