🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms.
• Configure and support SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS.
• Serve as technical SME and support operational issues with minimal ramp-up.
• Participate in Agile execution and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance or higher
• 10+ years experience in network engineering with deep UC expertise
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with session border controllers, voice gateways, and QoS

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Expert-level certifications such as CCIE Collaboration, Enterprise, or Security
• Experience with VQ Conference Manager, Jabber, and Cisco Expressway
