💼 About This Role

You'll design and build features for aging parents, pre-teen wearable users, and community groups using AI-native engineering workflows as a first-class collaborator. You'll define how the team uses AI tooling to multiply output and ship faster. This role is central to Life360's mission of keeping people connected beyond the core family circle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build high-quality features for aging parents, pre-teens, and community groups.
• Work with AI (Claude Code) as a first-class collaborator to orchestrate agents.
• Define and codify AI-native engineering practices for the team.
• Build across the full stack, shipping polished experiences to millions of users.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building consumer-scale software products.
• At least 1 year experience prompting and building with LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android).
• Deep experience with agentic workflows and prompt engineering.

✨ Nice to Have

• Web and backend experience (Java, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Experience with wearable or IoT products.
• Background in safety-critical or location-based services.
