You'll lead a sales team of 7-10 individual contributors to drive enterprise software sales in the South Central region. Your work directly impacts revenue growth for a profitable company trusted by Fortune 100 clients. This role offers visibility into executive strategy and global team collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a Sales Team of 7-10 individual contributors
  • Monitor KPIs and report on business performance
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s for deal reviews and coaching
  • Support onboarding and share best practices

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales Leadership experience managing individual contributors
  • 3+ years in technology software B2B sales, ideally SaaS
  • Experience with Salesforce.com for forecasting and pipeline management
  • Proven strategic selling skills and territory growth
