You'll lead a sales team of 7-10 individual contributors to drive enterprise software sales in the South Central region. Your work directly impacts revenue growth for a profitable company trusted by Fortune 100 clients. This role offers visibility into executive strategy and global team collaboration.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a Sales Team of 7-10 individual contributors
- Monitor KPIs and report on business performance
- Conduct weekly 1:1s for deal reviews and coaching
- Support onboarding and share best practices
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of Sales Leadership experience managing individual contributors
- 3+ years in technology software B2B sales, ideally SaaS
- Experience with Salesforce.com for forecasting and pipeline management
- Proven strategic selling skills and territory growth
