You'll lead key technology partnerships for Remote's global HR platform, owning joint commercial success with strategic partners. You'll drive partner adoption of Remote Embedded Partner APIs and co-sell motions, directly impacting multi-million dollar revenue growth across the ecosystem. This role offers full ownership of high-visibility partnerships with autonomy to shape relationships and measurable growth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute technology partnership account strategy for joint commercial success
  • Drive partner sales enablement and orchestrate co-selling motions
  • Ideate, launch, and optimize co-marketing opportunities
  • Organize and execute bi-directional referral relationships where relevant

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience managing strategic partner or customer relationships with stakeholders up to VP/C level
  • Track record of growing acquisition, retention, and ARR for portfolios worth millions
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS partnership and integration models, including APIs, SDKs, and referrals
  • Knowledge of the HR tech ecosystem and familiarity with EOR and Global Payroll products
