🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers
• Own development for one of 10 cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product and technical decisions
• Improve code quality, architecture, and development practices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial backend development experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience managing development teams
• Experience with PHP (Symfony) or Go
• Knowledge of SOLID, DDD, microservices, and layered architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Willingness to work with Go
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CQRS
