Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Windows Server Operating System Administration
• Microsoft OS Patching and Critical Updates
• 2+ years working in a large production infrastructure
• 2+ years in Windows Server Administration in a Production Environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze high volume ticket system for SLAs and ticket routing efficiency
• Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, patching, and application updates
• Manage Mail, DNS, FTP, IIS, and Application environments
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and inventory documentation
