🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate patient scheduling across Telehealth, On-Call, and Inspire services
• Serve as primary point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Schedule in-home visits and communicate logistics with clinicians and patients
• Collect copays and manage patient financial transactions accurately

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare administrative or care coordination role
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple workflows
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with EMR systems and scheduling platforms
