You'll lead business operations for a fast-growing startup during a parental leave coverage contract. Your work will ensure critical processes across finance, people, and compliance stay on track. This role offers the chance to be the operational glue in a fully remote team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support finance operations including payroll, AP, and budgeting
• Coordinate people ops: onboarding, benefits, leave, performance cycles
• Manage compliance, vendor coordination, and insurance renewals
• Own relationships with external fractional partners and contractors

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in business operations, finance ops, or people ops
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines

• Experience supporting remote-first organizations
• Familiarity with SaaS business operations
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems like Rippling, Carta
