🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize block-building and MEV-related systems in Rust
• Profile and tune latency-critical paths in the Lighthouse client
• Implement EVM transaction execution mechanics for performance
• Collaborate on Ethereum infrastructure across Layer 2s

📋 Requirements

• Rust programming with high-performance systems experience
• Deep EVM knowledge including gas, memory, and storage semantics
• Understanding MEV ecosystem from proposer/builder separation to relays
• Familiarity with transaction supply chain including mempool and private RPCs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building MEV searching or MEV-adjacent systems
• Passion for Ethereum and proof-of-stake blockchains
• Exposure to decentralized systems engineering
