💼 About This Role

You'll lead Fraud solutions revenue performance and scale a high-performing sales team at Plaid. You'll drive strategic enterprise deals and shape go-to-market strategy for emerging products.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own revenue performance for Fraud solutions including pipeline and deals.
  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Lead executive sales conversations and close enterprise deals.
  • Develop sales talent through coaching and real deal execution.
  • Advise product and sales leadership on go-to-market strategy.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant market experience.
  • 3+ years managing a revenue-driving team.
  • Deep expertise in fraud, risk, identity verification, KYC/AML.
  • Effective territory management and deal negotiation skills.
