You'll own end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate coordination for technical roles at Blue River Technology, an agricultural robotics innovator. Your impact will ensure a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for every candidate. You'll partner with recruiters to improve workflows and support special projects that advance the team's mission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across technical and non-technical roles
• Manage complex calendars across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Serve as primary candidate point of contact from pipeline entry through offer
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse and support pipeline tracking

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience at a technology company
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities
• Experience with Greenhouse or comparable ATS
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with ModernLoop or other scheduling tools
• Passion for candidate experience and process improvement
