💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical delivery of drinking water projects for municipal clients across New England, collaborating with a dynamic team to design treatment systems and distribution infrastructure. Your work will directly impact clean water access and regulatory compliance in communities. This role offers flexible hybrid work and employee ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical leader for municipal water projects.
• Develop technical approach and design standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineering staff.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

📋 Requirements

• 8-15 years of engineering experience.
• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (M.S. preferred).
• Registered Professional Engineer in MA, ME, RI, or CT (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
• Expertise in drinking water treatment and distribution systems.

• Familiarity with PFAS treatment systems.
