🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' home safety and functional needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans for ADLs and IADLs
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and disease management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team on patient goals

📋 Requirements

• Current CA Occupational Therapist License
• Valid BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of local community resources
