You will develop core software for metal 3D printing systems used in rocket engine production. Your work spans controls, data acquisition, build logic, and in-situ monitoring, directly turning designs into reality. Collaborate with engineers to improve print quality and speed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, math, or STEM and 2+ years software development experience, or 4+ years professional experience
• Production code experience in C++
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Experience in Linux environment

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop software for production-scale metal 3D printing system
• Collaborate with automation and controls engineers on motion and control systems
• Improve print process quality and speed via software and hardware changes
• Develop control software and algorithms for lasing and control systems
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews
