Description

You'll provide evidence-based, compassionate care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through virtual telehealth visits. You'll work independently while being supported by a collaborative clinical team, helping close the gender health gap.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one US state (multi-state preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care to women in midlife via telehealth
• Conduct virtual patient visits including assessment, education, and treatment
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders
• Utilize clinical protocols for hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Participate in weekly accredited clinical education
