Description

You will build scalable, reliable, and high-performance ML infrastructure powering ads systems at Roblox, operating at hundreds of billions of engagements to deliver effective performance ads to millions of users. You'll lead technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to accelerate model development and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing, building, and deploying large-scale ML systems in production
• Impact-driven mindset prioritizing product impact, reliability, and measurable success
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and implementation of scalable ML infrastructure including model training, data pipelines, feature engineering, and model inference
• Shape team's technical vision by defining roadmap, establishing architecture, and driving execution milestones
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering collaboration and learning
• Design, implement, and operate robust ML platforms in collaboration with data scientists and product stakeholders
• Ensure operational excellence in deployed ML infrastructure with monitoring, alerting, and incident response
