📋 Requirements

• 10–12+ years in management consulting or transformation advisory
• Demonstrated experience designing unified operating models spanning data, finance, and accountability
• Strong track record leading executive stakeholder groups through ambiguity
• Experience structuring multi-phase transformation engagements with measurable outcomes
