💼 About This Role

You'll lead project management operations for Telesat's LEO satellite network, ensuring clean customer transitions from design to operations. You'll bridge field operations, logistics, and incident response for mission-critical services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end customer project lifecycle from planning to operational handover
• Maintain accountability for field operations support and dispatch coordination
• Lead Logistics and Repair Centre for hardware asset lifecycle
• Act as escalation point during major incidents and service-impacting events

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in telecommunications or satellite operations
• Proven experience in project management within operational contexts
• Strong understanding of NOC, incident, problem, and change management
• Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual English and French
• Experience with satellite communications and RF principles
• ITIL/ITSM framework certification
