💼 About This Role

You'll join our Cloud Platform team to ensure the availability and resilience of mission-critical systems supporting autonomy and simulation. You'll define reliability standards, lead incident response, and build automation to scale safely. This role offers impact on defense technology with an equity package and unlimited PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve reliability architecture for distributed cloud systems.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews to drive improvements.
• Build observability systems for metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Automate deployment safety, recovery processes, and reduce operational toil.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in SRE, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Programming experience in Go, Python, or similar languages.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting autonomy, robotics, or real-time systems.
• Familiarity with AWS and large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with chaos engineering or fault injection.
