💼 About This Role

You'll build, automate, and secure critical IT and infrastructure systems at a venture-backed defense aviation company. Your work will directly enable rapid prototyping of the world's fastest aircraft. This is a high-impact hands-on role where you'll define and scale the infrastructure powering a growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Microsoft 365 suite including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, and SharePoint
• Automate infrastructure and workflows via PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD
• Secure and support cross-platform endpoints (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networks
• Manage on-prem VM environments (Hyper-V/VMware) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise IT engineering or system administration
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
• Strong automation and scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GCC High, GovCloud, ITAR)

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting ISO 27001 or AS9100 implementations
• Certifications such as MS102 or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Experience with SQL or R for data analytics
