Description

You will lead a product team focused on developing best-in-class solutions for the Front Office domain, including Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Commerce. You'll define the product strategy, work closely with customers to understand pain points, and collaborate across teams to scale innovative solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operational Front Office functions (Sales, Service Marketing, Commerce) or similar roles
• Deep understanding of Front Office Solutions such as CRM, Sales and Service Automation, Marketing and Commerce Platforms
• Comprehensive knowledge of CX market and industry trends
• Strong expertise in product development and go-to-market strategies with a track record of successful launches
• Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers, defining product strategy and roadmap for the Front Office domain
• Work closely with customers to understand pain points in Procurement and adjacent areas
• Be involved in the product development lifecycle from ideation to scaling solutions
• Use the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to develop innovative solutions
• Collaborate with platform product managers, engineers, and UX team to guide feature development
