💼 About This Role

You'll lead infrastructure and developer tooling for a robotics company revolutionizing automation. You'll own robot deployment pipelines, observability, and internal tools to enable fast, reliable development across the engineering org.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure for robot deployment pipelines
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and environment management workflows
• Implement observability systems for robot fleet health and uptime
• Build internal tools to improve developer workflows and release velocity

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience including DevOps leadership
• Experience with CI/CD systems, distributed systems, and developer tooling
• Proven track record with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud-native environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing and scaling monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Interest in robotics and automation
