You'll bridge our trading customers and engineering team, building trading artifacts like TCA dashboards and sourcing counterparties. You'll get hands-on running tests and analyzing data. This role connects DeFi dark pool technology with institutional execution in a lean, in-person San Francisco team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trading artifacts like TCA dashboards and performance breakdowns
• Source counterparties and identify key prospects
• Run tests and analyze trading data/logs

📋 Requirements

• Experience at market-neutral/quant/execution teams
• Active in crypto trading communities (Telegram, DMs, CT)
• Ability to translate DeFi mechanics into execution-native language
